Guys,
I know that soldiering improves your chances of a successful invasion (i believe it also helps in defense when being invaded). However I'm curious about how its generated. I know there are military planetary improvements that improve soldiering but I'm wondering if its a global figure like credits and research. Do all planets with soldiering improvements contribute or is it just the planets that the transports sponsored the ship yard that built them?
