Hi,

Have encountered some issues with the most recent beta version:

• On the U.P. screen of the diplomacy section, I am not able to scroll through the list of races to see their voting power (appears to be a problem when playing with a high number of opponents)
• Similarly, on the resolution voting screen the races go off the left and right of the screen and there does not appear to be any way to scroll through them to see who has voted for what.
• Does not currently seem to be a way to view the trade resources (non-strategic) that your civilization controls, without initiating trade with another race.  Would be good if this could be incorporated into the Govern - Trade window. 
• Finally, I encountered a re-occurring issue when attacking a lone shipyard where the weapon graphics would not display for my fleet.  The enemy shipyard still gets damaged so it appears to be a graphical bug only.

Hope that these can be fixed for the release version.

Other then that, I am enjoying the game a lot.  Nice work Stardock!
