Battle Viewer is much louder then the rest of the game.
YES! Also since it transitions from serene beautiful universe music to the middle of a war-zone sounds. This is most apparent when my brother is playing in the next room over, where I don't hear anything, then I'll hear a random space battle, then nothing again until the next battle .
