Not this again! (AI cheating)

During colonization stage AI knows perfectly where which planet is. They don't need to scout at all for colonization. I will try to collect more data, but it seems they even know where all your ships are (somehow they manage to intercept my fleet before I enter their sensor range). I've seen it in GC2, and now it is in GC3 beta. Is it intentional game desing decision or just bug which will (or not) be fixed some day?

Seriously I have to save scum or counter-cheat to reveal most profitable planets.

Is 6a 0.95? If so, then no, it's not fixed. Unless "beginner" and "tiny" counts as hard?

See ticket #AVR-846-40552 (using my old ticket for it, because the issue was not resolved)

Shared fow might have been fixed, but the issue is that they see planets that nobody has seen before.
