I'm new (just got access a few minutes ago), so this may have been reported.

On the "New Game" Race selection screen I was looking at the "Thalan Contingency" and under the "Race Traits" I hovered over "Production". The tool tip associated did not fit within the border it sits in. After clicking through other races, the same problem persists with "Production", "Economical", "Brutal", "Influential", and "Handy".
