I would like to suggest a few changes to the govern colonies screen for it to be more usable.
- Add growth rate column after the current population column.
- Add a maximum population column after the growth rate column.
- Split the building and ships into their own separate columns (manufacturing point, building, military point, ship) instead of stacked one on top of another. Right now, it's hard to read and it prevent sorting. For example, if I want to know which planet do not have a shipyard, I will have to scan the planets one by one while skipping the building on the top row.
- Keep the last sorted view. Right now, after I enter a planet to make any changes and then exiting the screen, the last sorted view was not kept and I have to re-sort the view again.
- Allow the production (building and ship) to be changed (e.g. using a dropdown list). For example, if I want to build a few transport ships from my top pop planets, I have to sort the current population, then exit the screen, search for the shipyard on the map, enter the shipyard, and then build a transport ship. Then I have to re-enter the govern colonies screen, and repeat the steps again. Using a dropdown list is way faster.
- Add a column for trade resource given by the planet (i.e. 1 icon of hyper silicates to indicate 1 deposit, 2 icons of prometheus stone to indicate 2 deposit, etc.)
