Game is Huge with all factions on it. I set game to long. I am running version 0.81 in window on AOC monitor.
Promethion is on the map, but it is not used by anything.
Durantium is needed to build certain modules, but there is none on the map.
Influence is unrealistically large.
Influence secession seems too linear. A happy planet with a morale of 100% should be able to remain loyal indefinitely. A Sad planet with a loyalty of 40% should go quickly. Faction Loyalty bonuses should also effect Influence. Distance and influence level should also effect how quickly a planet falls. Influence should become less the farther away another factions planet is from your source.
On planet screen sometimes the Manufacturing/Research/Net Income symbols are missing.
Somehow upgrading starships will allow you to build more starships requiring a certain resource than resources available.
When a faction is defeated by influence, there is no message to indicate its defeat.
I uncovered a faction planet and it did not make contact and is not in the Diplomacy screen.
Ideology completion is way too quick Benevolence is completed half way through age of war in a long game. Either more options should be added or options should require more points.
If you have the ability, please add a trace program/routine that monitors the game as it is played, and when there is a crash it will prompt the user for information, and then send the last 1000 or so commands and registers back to the programmers for analysis.
Descriptions don't automatically size and have a scroll icon in them even though they cannot be manipulated to see the whole text.
In the fight screen, weapons attack where the enemy was and not where the enemy is. The missiles and guns pass the enemy ships and explode at the point that the enemy was when the guns were fired and then the enemy shows the hit. missile tracking has to update as the ships move, and the guns have to predict where the enemy will be. Since lasers are instant, they are fine.
In the ship designer, the items under the capacity bar have to be able to scroll left and right. Only the first 15 items are available to pick. Scrolling left to right with scroll wheel on mouse would be sufficient. Scroll bar does not need to be added unless others ask for it.
planets are still circles close in (that I am sure you know.)
During loading, system will indicate that game is not responding, and windows will intervene as it takes too long to load. resources should be passed to the system more often during load to keep this from happening.
I guess that will do for now.
