When choosing Enticing all planets join me, is this supposed to be a one time effect? It goes back to normal rebellions afterwards.
Also gobbles up minor races when chosen, but not afterwards.
I believe that is working as intended and is not a bug, the same way that when you get free ships, it is a one time thing and doesn't mean you get free ships with every new planet.
Makes sense, but the description could probably be a bit clearer
