(english is not my language, please ask if you can't understand what I tried to explain...)
A general problem with science and research : Sometimes (often) I get a very stable situation, and just want to do more research to change my strategy (more military, or dev, or influence, etc.). Most of time, this lead to click 10 or 100 time to : Next Turn, Technology, View, Choose next, Select the correct domain, choose the next research, Done, Done". Hundred times. The whole game.
Two proposals :
1. Stack the next 10 research (CTRL-Select the next research). Would be the far best solution.
2. Search a whole research tree, included the optional researches.
Same for colony management. I get often to a point where I have 30 colony to manage. And despite the construction stack, this could be boring.
Proposal : Offer to pay for a colony manager. Could be chosen between : Science, Finance, Construction, Growth, Terraform, Influence. Colony manager can or cannot (player option here) destroy older building to reorganise production and tyles occupations. Colony manager could give up (player option here) when the colony performance are optimal (for example when all tiles are covered with research, it can witch construction to "Research focus" and give up.
The little things :
1. Upgrading ships : Show a lots of same ships. hundred of ships. It's a bug.
2. Upgrading from "Govern" tab : Doesn't show the cost of the upgrade. Neither check if enough money avalaible. I was able to upgrade all my ships to the biggest one, my money balance goes -100'000 or more 
3. Moving ships : they go throw enemy lines, even if it's stupid. Should be able to set a pat (with CTRL-right-click, to set multiple waypoints)
4. Exploration : same as above, they explore throw enemy line, or throw friendly lines and give a diplomacy malus for "Ships in ZOC". Should be able to "Explore neutral zones", and "Survey neutral zone".
5. Exploration : algorithm is stupid. Ships forget to explore a tile and lose time to come later at the same location. Should be able to "Explore closed zone".
6. Exploration : algorithm is stupid (again). My 6 Explorer ships explored the same location, at the same time. If a zone is already explored, ships with this location in path will come here despite the fact the zone is already known.
7. Terraforming : When all tiles are terraformed, the terraformation options stay in the construction list. They should disappear.
8. Civilization's building : You should write if a building is to be build only once per civilization. Now, it has to be guessed.
9. Tiles bonus : You should write in the description of the bonus, which bonus is given, and for which value. The color doesn't means anything, it should be linked with a kind of bonus (yellow for money, blue for science, etc.)
10. When a civ is destroyed, their ships become Pirate. If there is Transport ship, this transports can attack my planets. And if they do this (i.e. Pirate attack on planet), the game crash.
