Multiplayer Hot Seat Mode Please

I don't know how many people share my opinion, but I love Hot Seat Multiplayer. I play it quite a bit in Civilization, against family members, and often playing two or more factions against myself. Does anyone else play this way? Can we get a Hot Seat mode for GalCiv3? What do you guys think?

However the devs have said its not planned unless we can show that theres enough demand for it

I would like PBEM also but not going to happen even though the time I am on the computer is not when others in the US are.
