Whenever certain popups happen, such as exit game, there is a garbling of the screen for a second. I'm thinking this may be an intended effect, but it makes me think my laptop's screen is acting funny for a bit with static, so it's something I'd like to see removed.
Not listing as a bug because I think it's intentional (but it is an annoying graphical effect)
