as the title say everytime i start a new game with the terrans as soon as i click on a ship the game freeze and crash a few seconds later, picking another race however doesn't cause the bug

another strange bug is that (when not using the terrans) it doesent matter how i set the galaxy, the game start every time with planets set to uncommon and habitable planets set to uncommon (it can be seen because even when i select abundant planet and abundant habitable planets only one third of the stars have one or two planets and the habitable ones are one each ten or more stars)

the bug first showed up after the game crashed when i used the consol command "turn"

i uninstalled and reinstalled the game via steam three times but nothing changed

on a side note before buying the game i downloaded a cracked version of the game to try it out before buying it (no, it diddnt contain viruses)

after trying the game i obviously uninstalled the cracked version but the save files remaind, could it be some compatibility problem with some left over of the other game?

(the problem started long after i uninstalled the old version and installed the steam one though)

i know that the games shouldn't be downloaded but i only intended to see if i liked it before buying it (and however it was an incedibly old version, beta 0,04)
