I used Galaxy Forge and now AI doesn't want to play any more

Hello,

I built two galaxies of 50 planets each in Galaxy Forge.

I set AI on Normal Tech Loyalist Aggressor.

I played for 3 hours building up my galaxy and resources and fleets and was wondering why I'm not being attacked.

I saved and reloaded and switched players to see what AI was doing.

AI had not researched anything or conquered any planets. AI had a hand full of frigates and that's it.

I tried again with AI set to maximum difficulty (Vicious) and the same thing happened.

Three hours later AI is sitting with a handful of ships, no conquered planets, and no research.

Also, in each case, AI had plenty of money and resources.

What did I break?

was the ai starting planet set to a HOME planet?

was the starting planet one of the 'home' planets eg terranhome, deserthome?

did the starting planet have ANY asteriods?

did the starting planet have an asteriod or more only a couple of jumps away?

Not sure what you mean by Starting Planet ... I can't seem to find that setting.

But, I have the following for AI home planet:

- type = TerranHome

- owner = NewPlayer1

- IsHomePlanet = True

AI home world has two metal and one crystal asteroids.

I do not have any asteroid planets in this universe.

AI did create one Akkan and about a dozen Corsevs but that's it.

You should probably give it easy access to an asteroid/dwarf planet. If you only link it to planets with powerful militia, it has to wait a long time to build up a fleet (it seems to think it needs a larger fleet than it does). End result, it wastes so much time it never recovers.

Also, play above normal if you're comfortable with that. On normal and easy I find the AI to always start slow.
