Que updating bug

Not sure if this has been reported or not but here goes:

If you use governor and change from say 50% millitary to 100% social building then the que will not update on the right side for how long social buildings will take until you you go out of the planet view and back again or hit cancel in one of the que items.

Also I wish for the pragmatic/benevolent etc to not only show how much points you have in each category when hoovering over the title. It should show you how many points you have at all times.


Regarding the beta overall:
Exellent art now and great immersion. I think some of the races are stronger than others and have not yet tried MP but I hope this is strong as well. I am very happy with the beta 4 and glad to be a founder and things are so far looking good.

Perfect. I sadly do not have time to read what has already been published of bugs but I am gratefull you guys are doing a tremendous job in posting these bugs

Also another personal opinion is that I wish for when you get a benefit or research that the window that shows the items can also be clicked and hoovered over each item you get so you can understand what these things are. Example elevated in benevolent I have no idea what the small icon elevation foundation does before I actually build it. (granted it is in the description but I wish when you hoover each item that it also shows its effect.) I love to know stuff and make informed choices not build it then go ohh ok thats what it is for. 

And one more thing is there a way to show radius of each starbase how far its effect reaches?
