Running .70 on Windows 7, playing as Terran

In my production queue, both on a planet and on a shipyard, sometimes the UI doesn't refresh.

For example, on Earth, I had double clicked on Hyperion Supply System to start that project.  Nothing appeared to happen.  Double clicked again, nothing happened.  Canceled Economic Stimulus.  Nothing happened--still looked like Economic Stimulus was the only thing being built.

Closed out of the Earth planetary screen, and on my planet list on the right side, it said Earth was building Hyperion Supply system.  Went back into the planetary screen, and the Economic Stimulus had been canceled too.

So it looks like my commands were being taken, but the screen wasn't refreshing.  This hasn't happened before Beta 4.

Same thing  happens in shipyards sometimes.  Try to add/cancel certain ship types and it appears that nothing happens until you exit and re-enter it.
