1) Auto-Upgrade is completely screwed up. We did an MP game with 2 players, and every upgrade had a 2nd version of it in the queue, of the same building in the same spot - resulting in a building with an invalid integer (452578235) turns to finish the construction, unless cancelled manually.
2) A ship fitted with 2 Starbase construction modules is completely lost upon the construction of a starbase. So instead of the Starbase keeping +1 constrution point when it is finished, it will have 0.
