Summary: The resolution requires all members to provide one tech that will be shared with all members.  A random tech is chosen from each race and is given to the others. Techs must be unknown to at least one of the member nations.

Request: I need to know which tech I received, as a minimum requirement. It would be nice to know who "donated" it, and which of my techs was distributed, and to whom. In fact, it would be nice to know what everyone gave everybody.  I think it would be useful to have my equivalent number of turns to research the tech shown next to each of the techs in the report so I know who got (un)lucky.  Right now, there is no data on which to base an opinion of this resolution.

As a beta-feedback-giver, I don't know if the tech selections appear random and without bias, so perhaps some bugs are unreported.
