First off, great game. It's one of the most stable beta's I've ever tried. I expected crashes (not a one) and a lot more missing. I spent the entire weekend exploring it even went so far as to buy gal civ 2 to help support the effort. Your dev streams are really what drew me in though. I watched the latest one, purchased the game and am now going back to listen to the rest in order.
Anyway, here are few things I saw while playing (if you already know about them, I apologize):
1) The icon for "mineral rich" is missing from the hex in the planet screen. I can upload a saved game file if it helps find it. Adding tool tips to the hexes might help us find them more quickly. Finding it was pure luck on my part...
2) Wondering if we could get a scroll button (top of screen left and right of the name) for the shipyards. We have it already for planets and star bases, just seems to make sense to have it for shipyards also?
3) Love the govern sliders. Very unique way of handling it. The govern planet (not empire wide) doesn't change manufacturing time in real time. It seems to change all of the other stats except that one. Possibly not a bug since I believe y'all said in one of the streams that manufacturing happened next turn (i.e. buying something out).
4) The tool tips in star bases aren't showing the correct amount of production for planets outside the 6 hex range. The tool tip shows the full production percentage instead of the reduced amount. The calculation for productions is correct, only the tool tips are incorrect.
That's it for me. Thank you very much for a great game. I still can't believe how stable and fun it was. Can't wait to see what comes next!
