The minimap rectangle that is supposed to show where on the map you are looking at usually (like 95% of the time) doesn't update when you click the "idle ship" "idle shipyard" etc. button.  So it is very difficult to figure out where on the map you are.

Once the minimap location stops updating as above, the rectangle size also stops updating when you zoom in and out of the main map.

Another minimap bug, clicking on the minimap doesn't move the mapview to the clicked location, instead I moves it to a location one map-size north of the location clicked.

I've also encountered a bug where the bottom portion of the main map (about 20% of the total map size of a large map) becomes inaccessible (can't move to it, selected ships can be within that portion of the map, but you can't see or move to them), saving and reloading the game clears this problem.
