1) If you're really trying to find bugs, you should add a "Submit Feedback" button into the actual game, or at least have some kind of bug report link somewhere on the website. Is this where bugs are supposed to go? A list of known issues would be good too.
2) Bug: In the planet management screen, the mouseover tooltip for the three resources (Manufacturing, Research, Wealth) flickers on and off as I move the mouse; it's hard to get it to stay open to read it.
3) Bug: In the "Govern" screen, moving the widget in the circle for M/R/W affects the numbers in ways that don't make any sense. Like sometimes just wiggling it up and down without changing it's position will increase the Approval rating from 80 to 95. Or moving it slightly towards Research will actually lower the amount of research and raise manufacturing. Overall that widget seems terrible; I'd rather have sliders.
4) Bug: Sometimes when forming a fleet, I lose the circle highlight for that fleet, so I can't tell it's selected. Clicking on it again or letting it get auto-selected the next turn still doesn't bring the highlight back. I usually have to disband/recreate to get it back.
5) Feature Request: There should be a way to destroy/salvage unwanted ships, shipyards, starbases, etc., so we don't have to pay upkeep on them.
6) Feature Request: Some kind of tooltip over things like Antimatter and Elerium to explain what they do and why you'd want them.
7) Bug? Is there supposed to be an explosion sound when blowing up an enemy ship? I don't hear anything.
8) Gameplay: This isn't really explained, but is the general idea that Manufacturing and Research make the populace unhappy, but Wealth makes them happy? I don't really like this, and prefer GC2's system of higher taxes (more wealth) making them unhappy. Right now building Wealth seems weird; the higher the taxes, the happier everyone is.
