When you reload a game, all explorered stars show up as 'blue dots' rather than showing being explorered if they are in the fog of war. Planets around the stars that have been previously explorered show up correctly even when inside the fog of war.
Within the session if your ship goes by a star it then shows up correctly for that session, but is then removed whn you reload a save game.
