I've noticed that the manufacturing queue for planets doesn't get a scroll bar even if you queue more than six items. This is with resolution set to 1366x768, and UI size to small.
Yes, it disappeared in the second download. I have always wondered why. And why not bring it back? It would solve all of the problems with the manufacturing queue that I have had since it's disappearance.
