 It got me thinking that it would be great if the game actually had some features that enabled you to:

1. Take very high resolution screenshots (as in higher than currently being rendered by the game engine) and save them out somewhere. It is something that a few games have done like Guild Wars 2 (no idea if Stardock has included this kind of thing previously), I know elite dangerous is also implementing it in the next build. It is a great way to promote the game on forums and use the assets in different ways.

2. Make it some you can make wallpapers easily with the ship models with stuff like different backgrounds available etc...I am sure as well as these images being shared on forums (show off your ship) they could be used in the steam workshop images to make ship downloads easily identifiable.
