So if I start a brand new game, go straight into the shipyard and press enter to end turn while on the very first shipyard screen the game goes to the spinning galaxy loading screen and then eventually crashes 100% of the time. Thought this might be one you would want to know about.
I apologize if this has already been reported elsewhere but I had a quick look and couldn't see anything obvious. I can provide some crash dumps etc. if the devs require it.
