Hi, I've found that when i try to start rather big battle (9 ships in my fleet, 6-10 in enemy fleet) game stuns 
. I have no such problem in small battles ship2ship , ship2small_fleet.
Here the link to save game (use Anti-Terran fleet to get stun), and debug.err file. Hope it will help you to fix that problem.
