I have noticed a few (mostly graphical bugs) during my first play session that I have not seen reported so far. I will attach a debug once I figure out how to do that, however, for now here are some juicy pictures.
For the first bug, while in the research screen Controlled Fusion is missing a description.

The second bug shown below at first appeared to be just a graphical issue. The planet I colonized is missing a background image, it is completely black as you can see. Further to this, upon colonizing I had a choice: Free a precursor ship from Ice and flood the planet which results in much of the planet being flooded or leave it in place and study it for a research bonus and no ill effects. I first chose to free the ship and flood the planet. I counted up the number of workable tiles on the planet then loaded an auto-save and re-colonized the planet. Upon this attempt I was presented with a different choice which merely improved research and gave me pragmatic points with no ill effects to the planet. I counted up the tiles and the number of workable tiles was identical. So it seems to me that the 'penalty' for me freeing the ship from the ice, which should have resulted in the planet being flooded and losing improvement tiles as per the description, did not actually get applied to the planet. I basically received a free precursor ship.

The final bug I have encountered a few times. On a number of planets it appears that tiles with bonuses are displaying the incorrect icons. In this screenshot you can see there is a tile that improves influence and tourism yet it is displaying the research bonus icon. This issue is not tied only to these bonuses as I have seen various other bonuses from research to manufacturing to population cap showing incorrect bonus icons as well.
