After completing all available research was unable to end turn. Continued to want research choice when noe available.
Yeah this seems to be an issue
Try doing this
Press ~
In the console type "turnactions"
This 'in theory' disables the stuff like "DO RESEARCH" and "IDLE COLONIES" so you can proceed. Note this disables ALL of them so you nee dto be more careful
