Related to Version 0.0.1.0 - looks good and behaves well for an alpha, thank you very much 
Here are some points I encountered
1. Naming: "Adjust Manufacturing Spending" as a title seems odd as you can generally "Adjust Spending"
2. For setting Spending:
a ) if you click on one of the three symbols it should move to 100% of that Spending type.
b ) The system should support setting the spending to zero wealth accumulation, ie the money left over after paying the fix cost can be divided up into research and manufacturing spending. (At least I frequently try to maintain a certain wealth balance and therefore a support for keeping that balance would be great.)
c ) you can achieve a display of -0% (negative sign) for an assigned percentage to one of the three spending areas. This should not be possible and especially not shown. (This is a none negative data type, or not?)
3. Planet map
a ) landing site selection would be great, especially if the properties of the landing site can influence the production gathered from the capital respectively landing vehicle
b ) water tiles should not be habitable or at least should not be marked Prairie or another land mass type
4. Remaing moves for the ship should be visible when the ship is selected, not just in the mouse over. Generally the display of the selection in case of a stack of ships is not working as I would expect it. (bottom left hand corner display needs to show the selected ship.
In this context for a ship in a stack, the spacebar can not be used to end the round for the particular selected ship.
5. Fighting a battle should cost a movement point.
6. Why can a survey ship or a colony ship not be part of a fleet? (Update; Seems to be more complicated, it worked now ?)
7. Wonders on the planet map (symbol shown is related to research at least in the old game) do not provide a research benefit?
8. The CPU use and the disk activity is extrem (30% CPU usage i7-2600 @ 3,7 GHz when the game is doing nothing?). My cooling fan has never before run at that speed (and noise)
