It's in a lot of techs.
BTW, the only time I've crashed in 200 turns was when I clicked inside the techs that allow like lvl 1-3 inside.
Perhaps we should list all the techs where this is written so we can remind the devs to fill it in later. I've only played for a quarter so far and that's the one I spotted.
Why waste your time when they might already have a list?
This is why I need to know what they know/plan to do already!!
Well fellas there is a text document with English texts for stuff already in the game folders. They should know what needs to get filled out.
