Hi I'm not sure if this is right forum for technical issues if not apologies.
I've just started playing Galactic Civ 2 after years of far too much Civ 4 and it seems a lovely game but I'm having problems with the interface.
The main thing that happens is that after playing for a while the main map starts to drift of its own accord. It will stop if you hold down a mouse button (I think either but certainly the left) but continues moving when this is released until it ends up somewhere very far from the centre of the screen. I did find a single post about this by googling which said something inexplicit about the code getting fixated on searching for some particular ship but it wasn't at all cleat to me and none of the hot keys seems to help.
From the lack of other posts this must be very rare so presumably at least something to do with hardware. So I'm pasting in system info. Obviously there's more detail available if helpful to anybody,
Many thanks,
Jon
