Ok so I am getting back in SoaSe, playing with Diplomacy.  My fleets used to attack anything and everything, even across the gravity well.  Now, if my fleet warps in, it just sits there.  Fighters and bombers move out but nothing else.  Marza won't auto attack planet it just sits there.

If I manually select an enemy some ships do attack.  I have repeatedly enable and disabled auto attack, to see if something is messed up.  But the fleets just continue to sit there.  In one case just letting a pirate raid rip me apart.

Am I missing something when playing with Diplomacy?
