No. However, you can download custom maps where the starting positions are fixed and play those. Some of them are set so that allies start near one another. Here are two packs with auto-installer files that you can try:

The maps in my pack are all "start near your allies" maps. Note that Circle of Death and Death~a~Whirl have a small error in the starting position for two of the ten players (it's not fatal for comp stomp games against the AI).
