Arcane mastery is limited to damage channeled through spells/spellfire (tbs fire mode). Wings are set off by a weapon proc and mines would work "IF" only they gave credit to their instigator (the person that summoned them).
I think that that item is best suited to TB, QOT, and sedna.

3. Panic Stricken Gauntlet's
Item: gloves. Cost 2600
For each 3% health missing, attack speed in increased by 1% (would give you a total of 32% if you were at 3% health).
Item proc chance: 12% -- slow (12%) unit for 5 seconds
7. Time Rift:
Favoritem: Cost 550 mana
Places a protective buff on friendly unit for 7 seconds. If that unit takes lethal damage then they take no damage and are transported back in time, healed for 20% of their maximum health instead.
Outrageous fortune:
Cost 1900
Wand: On use: give the user 90 gold, cooldown 35 seconds.
Passive: reduce cost of all purchases by 8%. (will take approximately 11 minutes to pay for itself if you dont make any purchases)
1.5 sec cast

Wand: On use: all cooldowns with cooldown time of 7 seconds are activated. All cooldowns with cooldown timer >7 are reset. Passive: +12.5 % ability damage

NB: this has got to be the single LARGEST patch for this mod i have done to date (it is HUGE lol).
