Not always. They could have tried to make another IP rather than continue Sins. Or far worse, another company might try to buy them out before they make their next masterpeice (I'm looking at you EA).

Does EA even know that Ironclad exists?  Since Ironclad isn't doing anything for consoles would EA even care?

EA preatty much ruins anything they touch. look what they did to Command and Conquer! I couldnt bring myself to finish RA3 because it was just too painful and not fun to play, and from what ive seen of Command and Conquer 4, its not going to be much better...

not until EA got their hands on it. Back when it was Westwoods baby, it was definitly one of the best RTS ever.

Meh, I just got the C&C the first decade, and I haven't finishing playing thru it, and I bought this june. as for hearding things after it gets published in some magazine is so true, I remember the shock of hearing that dipolmacy will be the last expansion, I was stuned, I mean they put news here instead

I agree, Generals, while different from the other C&Cs, was still a good game. Its the ones after it that EA started to screw up with.
