SO... patch came out. yay.
All cruisers with non-omni-directional ablities got a turn buff... except tec's cruisers with non-omni-directional ablities.
so... i just dont get that... unless the devs are biased against tec...
anyone care to shed some light on that?
I mean... my best guess is that all the non-tec support cruisers (cept guardians) in deciever's large balance voting thead of doom were overwelmingly voted to get a boost. tec's support cruisers were not. (prolly because no one playes tec... exact same reason why the sova wasnt specificly on that thread) Ok, so yes, no one sees domina and subverters in multiplayer... but you never see ceilos either?
NOW, i know that ceilos and hoshikos are very powerfull... but if the goal was to buff underused suport cruisers... I dont think increasing the turning rate was the right fix if you were not going to increase the turning rate on ALL support cruisers (hell, maybe even the guardian, even though it does not have an omni... but just for the sake of equalness)
so, please, increase the turning radius on ceilos and hoshikos, (and if you feel like it guardians)... cause right now... if you have a (non-tec support) and a (tec support) which both need to turn 90 degrees to cast the ablity... the non-tec will allways cast first... which, in a case of domina vs tec... the domina disabled the abilities of the tec... and now tec cant cast... even if it had to turn (slightly) less.
thoughts?
