Those who purchased things from Stardock during the server crash on Christmas were promised a coupon. When will we receive it, and how?
Sales gets back on the 5th. They will process coupons after that.
How will the coupon show up so we know we have it?

I bought a box copy of Sins for the specific purpose of updating and Entrenchment which I also purchased. Will I get the Coupon?
From what I have been told, all the coupons were emailed out last Monday the 5th. Make sure you check your bulk/jumk/spam folder too. The coupons were emailed to the email addresses used for the orders placed during the affected period.
