I tried everything - all guides. Opened ports, forwarded, configured...you name it. After two hours I dessist - can't even play a lan game with a computer two feet away from mine. I will not spend another minute following complex instructions for something as simple as a lan game. I know stardock worked hard on the game, and I am a big supporter of the brand but I refuse to pay for this. Would someone be kind enough to let me know what email address I need to use in order to request a refund for this faulty product?
