I don't know if many of you purchased the N52te or not but I did, I loved the the original N52 only gripes were the darn thing was too small for my large hands for that palm rest and the buttons were a little hard to push. I got the N52te with the promises of better hardware and better software support, well myself and many others felt ripped off. The reasons are many but here is my list,

1: Macros are broke it will do the first 2 or 3 commands than just stop for no reason
2: the help file wasn't complete
3: the arrows for closing a sub menu suck as macros or help was so small you had to click it perfectly to get it to close
4: couldn't change the brightness of the led
5: when it was plugged in it took primary place of all other game peripherals you have installed, ie xbox360 controller, my x52 if they game couldn't change between more than one game device it had to be unplugged or the HID disabled
6: the devs never talked about these problems it had to go through a moderator which doesn't make sense to me

I go back to the forums once a week looking for updates, on the sept 30 update the moderator said the devs have to rewrite the firmware from scratch to get many of the problems fixed but last week when I went to the forums they were down and this is what it said

"We are taking down the forums temporarily to resolve a technical glitch. The forums will be turned back on as soon as we resolve the issue. Thanks for your patience and understanding."

I thought OK it will be back in week or so....NOPE! They haven't come back giving the same error any one else think they abandoned this device and just want to just keep it quite?
