I want to edit some of the pre-existing characters to make the 1860 campaign "more realistic" I use quotations because I want to have Jefferson face of against Lincoln, which in itself is unrealistic... anyway, when I use Jefferson on the 1860 campaign his home state is the New Mexico Territory and he has no stance on any issue.  I want to change this because this campaign, issue wise, is more accurate for characters such as Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln etc.  To guess where any of these candidates would stand in todays political arena is alittle upserd, although the makers of this game have done a decent job.

However, I have zero cumputer literacy and was just begining to figure out how to edit the old version when this one was released, and I have spent alot of time perfecting the candidates I created and dont want to have to re-instal the game and lose everything.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
