I just bought 7 games from Stardock in the last 3 hours. Im tired of DRMs and the problems they cause. When I asked for my old email account and my new email accounts games merged, it was done it 1 hour of asking. I know this EA DRM thing has kicked up a storm, but for those jumping over here regading the Gamers Bill of Rights, this has been a philosophy of Stardocks for at least the 5 or 6 years Ive known them. I hope people dont get the impression this Bill of Rights was release because of EAs DRM issue. Your sadly mistaken if this is the case.

MAN! do I regret this now! I thought Stardock was against nasty DRMs but in their Impulse store they selling a game called Kings Bounty with SecuRom. Since the bill of rights state I should be able to get a refund, I think I will now.

Do I feel like a fool now.

Actually GBOR says no DRM without your permission and consent AND prior knowledge.... if you look in the store impulse clearly states the game contains DRM prior to your purchase.... where as the retail box version does not even give this warning....
