changing scroll

I have a problem with my mouse and the scroll wheel doesn't work

aparently +I have to scroll to change view and I cant find a key on the keyboard wich replaces the mouse scrolls I also looked in the key settings and found nothing

is there a way to assign for example + and - to scroll instead of using the mouse?

Get a new mouse with a working scrollwheel.

you can try hitting x,c, and z to get around that but I dunno how you function without a working mouse.
