Is it true

I just read an announcement on IGN that stated that the expansion is coming out soonish i am guess fall this year.  Already it has been confirmed according to IGN that there will be new RACES (so more than one huh?) any idea on how many we are looking at.  Also they stated that there will be a story mode??  will this be a campaign for all races inclusive of the new ones or just the 3 originals?  Thoughts?

Yes, there will be an expansion. No. There is nothing confirmed about races.

Craigs statement >>>>> than yours. He's said there is no confirmation, so there is no confirmation. It might be something they're keeping secret, but its just as likely (given SD's history, more likely) to be something on the drawing board still.

If there is a new race, I hope they will be kinda like organic spore ships.

I hope they're organic and have eating effects so it'll make it possible for us to have another race in our mod... *thinks about the work involved*
