Just came into my head not too long ago. We can make up a story of a TEC fleet, advent or a Varsari fleet.

Kind of got it started.

 

Near the planet of Endo, the 316th TEC fleet is in close orbit waiting orders from TEC command. In the capital ship TEC Kol Class battleship The Conson, Admiral Johnson Recieves a message from command on their new orders. The order's are to colonize a newly discovered system called The Cannon System. Johnson calls in his Second in command "Michael come to my quarters immediately!". Michael knocks at his door ten minutes later. Johnson looking up " Come in". Michael with a stiff salute "did you summon me?". While still reading his orders Johnson give's a copy of the orders to his second in commander and says in a quieter voice"read it." Michael skimming the orders with a disbelief in his face says "Are we really going to do this? This is deep into Advent terroritory." Johnson stares at michael with a smile " Yes we are going to do this, this might help us in the long run.
