people, people. The only thing that needs to be canon are the ships and their weapons. Having a game designed on the entire war will make it nearly impossible for the UNSC to win. The covanant out gun, out number, and out manuver the UNSC and the only way to win is having a 3 to 1 ship ratio to the covenant because that is what it normally takes for the UNSC to acctually win a fight and for and thats just really bad to put in the game cause of the following issues:
1)If the UNSC's entire ship count is less than the Covenant's in the halo universe, than how is one able to beat obviously superior ships with less ships then your opponent.
2)The UNSC was lossing the war, how could one possibly hold on to a planet when the UNSC was only able to save one planet which took 5 years to take back
3)The UNSC has never found a covenant planet, muchless a homeworld
4)I dont know what to put for four but im not done bitching
I support having the mod come with several maps deigned to reinact some of the mayjor battles such as the ones over Reach, Earth, and Harvest. It remains canon and allows room for people to use either team as they wish.
PS: You think that my artwork from earlier and all my future stuff be put on the Sins of the Prophets website. Just label the one from earlier as origional sketch and the colored one as colored
PSS: Nova issue: Since the UNSC im assuming will be much more tactical, just have the weaker version of it (I know there one somewhere in the books, just to lazy to read them for the 3rd time) to take care of the "covie ships pwn all thing" since they are just ownage over UNSC ships
