No pirates on "gateway" map despite checkin and refreshing option??

Despite checking & refreshing the "pirates on" option on the gateway map, they no longer appear??

Is this a bug and affects all or some of the other set senario maps???

Any help appreciated

Thanks, this map was never intended to have pirates. I believe there are others as well.

Yeah some scenario maps dont have a pirate base. So you cant turn the pirates on if they arent around
