cd key?

How did you miss it? Oh well, the CD key is right above where the CD was located inside your sins box.

Might want to note that when you are inputting the cd key there are no O's in the cd keys, only 0's (zeroes)

If you downloaded with SDC, then the serial id should be seen in SDC
