Could be a Danish only thing maybe? I know they woldn't be allowed to apply it to EU countries but there'd be no law on them applying it to the US.Also I've bought games only as downloads from the US, anything physical has been clothes and the like. So maybe I'm just getting away with it due to clothes being classed as "essentials" and CDs etc as Luxary items?Reading further into this and as far as i can understand some countries in the EU does not pay the tax.But im not quiet sure how this works, just know that my game is worth 90 dollars
If I'd bought the physical disk it would have been 90 dollars as well, but due to the P&P, not Taxes (The Stardock site was charging me it). So don't feel too bad. You get a shiny manual for it as well.
Although that does give me the flexibility of saying "I don't have one" when someone says RTFM
