After saving a game, exiting, and re-loading, I am unable to move or reassign new agents created after the save point. e.g. On turn 38 I save, exit, and reload saved game. Turn 39 I create a new spin doctor in the state my politician is in, but am unable to select him in any fashion in order to move him to other trouble locations.
Game does not allow access to quit button immediately after start-up without first going to another sub-screen within the game.
