Requesting money from headquarters

In the manual on page 10, it says you can gain money by requesting funds from campaign headquarters.............How is this done..........Is it automatic?...........Do you have to visit state with headquarters?.............Is there a special action to perform? ........Would appreciate some answers Thanks in advance

u get money from campaign headquaters at the begining of each turn. Thus, it is good to build several headquaters around the country.

Also, if you upgrade your headquaters, the more money you get.
