Bought the game at Bestbuy - plays fine
1. where is the kit to create own issues etc? according to webpage it is included but i have browsed entire cd and do not even see any sign of it
never mind - found answer in faq - how long till upgrade be available for this? will this be available standalone on cd?
2. playing against computer - whenever political event shows up the AI beats me to the event everytime unless AI knows its a bad event (via hq)
I like to think out and plan what i intend to do, read the news reports etc - not just "click, point, click, point" it is a strategy game after all. A timer of sorts on AI or turn might facilitate more fair play against AI instead of it automatically flying straight to state with event as soon as turn starts
